Chuck at Shingle Springs Subaru was amazing! They took care of me and made me feel comfortable right from the get go. Now my car is puring like a kitten. Customer service and the work the did was Unmatched anywhere else! Plus they have a dog park while you wait.

I arrived at the service entrance for my 2nd oil change and Mike (?) with a smile asked what I wanted that day. Swiftly, Mike cleared me to go to the Customer Service Lounge. It didn't seem like any time went by and Mike came and got me and said my car was ready! It really surprised me. Mike had even left a text number to call if I wanted to talk to him while I waited (I figured an hour). I didn't get a chance to use it. I was very impressed with the fast and courteous service.

Brandon in the service department is awesome! I brought in my car with multiple concerns that were quoted to me from a different shop. The report they gave me was very comprehensive and included high quality videos and pictures. Brandon walked me through each service and was honest with me on which were higher priorities. When I told him that my brother can fix most things on my car and that I was going to ask him first before committing, he supported me and didn’t try to scare me into getting any service immediately like most other repair shops. I ended up getting some part quotes for my own repairs, and got the messy repairs done here. The best part of this dealer is they always do the inspection and fluid top off, as well as an outside wash and window wash complimentary. Bonus points for the VERY cool Forester and Brat in the waiting area.

I love my new Crosstrek that I bought at Shingle Springs Subaru! The sales person, Zoe, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also, the finance director, Cooper, was very helpful and the whole team made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. This was the best new car purchase I have ever made!

After shopping for a new Outback in Sacramento and finding the buying experience less than satisfying at two dealerships, we called Shingle Springs Subaru after closing time on a Saturday night and the General Manager answered. He was just great - answered all our questions and told us what he had in stock and what was in transit. We made the drive up to Shingle Springs on Sunday and we were greeted and helped by a friendly, cheerful and helpful sales person. We quickly agreed on price and decided to buy an Outback that was in transit. No cash deposit was needed and we were pleasantly surprised when the car came in a week early. When we picked up the car the process was easy and enjoyable. Everyone from the GM to the sales person and the finance manager were quite pleasant and easy to work with. We realized that going to a smaller dealership with staff who are willing to earn our business was well worth the 45 min drive from Davis to Shingle Springs.

This is our 4th Outback purchased at Shingle Springs Subaru, starting with a 2010 model. It's gets easier every time. It starts with a e-mail to Tim Gonzales and in little time we are driving home with our new car. Everyone from top to bottom at Shingle Springs is easy to deal with. We love our Subaru Outback.
